4th class TULCA project

Mrs Herwood's fourth class are currently working on a new and exciting project called 'Build your own Unknown'.  The project involves the collaboration with a Galway artist, Louise Manifold, Joanna McGlynn, TULCA Education Co-ordinator and The Marine Institute.  The students have begun creating their own film based on the findings along the Mid-Atlantic Ridge, north of the Azores.  The project involves researching the topic, designing a set, creating a script, recording movies and sound in the Galway Aquarium.  The final film will be showcased at Sea Fest in the Galway Museum at the end of June.  Please read the following article for more information.
